JUDGING ORDER: Breed Classes will be judged promptly at 10am.
- Property Classes will commence at the completion of General Specials.
JUDGING OF PROPERTY CLASSES
Best Head as per the Standard – Best Dog Head and Best Bitch Head will contend for best overall.
Best Movement as per the Standard.
Best Brindle; Best Fawn; Best Red as per the Standard on the colour only of the exhibit.
Puppy Sweepstakes; Best Interstate; Best Owner Bred & Handled, as per conformation rules.
Dam & Progeny; Sire & Progeny – the parent passing on their attributes to the offspring. All progeny must be entered in the Breed Classes. A minimum of one and a maximum of five offspring, all of whom must be nominated on the Entry Form. Sire and Dam are not required to be entered in Breed Classes however if the exhibit is desexed it may not be entered in the Breed Classes.
Breeders’ Cup – entries to be nominated by the Breeder (1 entry fee per Breeder’s group). The Breeder’s group to consist of a minimum of four and a maximum of six exhibits all bred under the same prefix. The Breeder’s group to consist of exhibits from at least three (3) separate litters. The Breeder’s group may consist of Bullmastiffs of either sex or mixture of sexes; be a minimum of six months of age; can be owned by the breeder or other exhibitors; can include desexed exhibits but they must have been registered on the Main Register. In judging the Breeders’ Cup the Judge will determine the breeder’s group that possesses the most quality and consistency over a period of time. **(NOTE: Should there be less than 2 entrants at time of entry closure the class will be cancelled and entry fee for this class will be refunded).
Veterans – may enter Property Classes and are not required to enter the Breed Classes. Veterans may be desexed but if so, cannot be entered in the Breed Classes. A short resume accompanied by a photograph will be included in the Catalogue to be forwarded by owners to the Show Secretary by the closing date.
ONLY exhibits owned in the same membership can pay the subsequent Entry Fees. For exhibits in different memberships it means multiple first Breed Entry fees are payable.
